We are looking for a Theatre Nurse/Practitioner to join our team. As part of our professional, friendly and compassionate team you will do everything you can to ensure the patient’s treatment is of the highest standard.
To participate in all aspects of clinical operating department work, and provide excellent standards of patient care and safety in accordance with the Practice Plus Group philosophy and objectives, policies and legal requirements. You will be involved in the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care and work within a flexible team structure involving a multi-disciplinary team.
What you'll be doing
You will be a part 1 registered NMC Nurse with experience of being a theatre practitioner in a theatre, or a HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner. As well as being up to date with current research and developments in theatre practice you will have a sound knowledge of Health and Safety/Risk management within the operating department. You will provide safe and effective clinical care, working closely with all disciplines, to ensure the promotion of high standards for patients during all aspects of the preoperative, peri-operative and postoperative pathway.

* You will be a Part one Registered NMC nurse.
* Extensive clinical experience in Orthopaedics, General surgery, Ophthalmic, Gynaecology, ENT and Urology.
