Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Email Marketing: Responsible for planning, assisting and implementing our email marketing strategy. This will include email content creation, email scheduling, customer segmentation, email delivery and performance analysis to drive conversions and foster stronger relationships with our prospects/customers.
You will be comfortable in studying data insights to optimise campaigns, improve engagement, content delivery and drive measurable results all whilst working in collaboration with our graphic designers to ensure we create stunning emails.
Ensuring all email marketing communications are concise, relevant, customer-focused & commercial are all prerequisites in delivering great emails that will resonate with our customers.
Social Media: Responsible for planning and implementing our social media strategy. This includes managing our social media platforms (inc. Facebook & Instagram) with a content delivery strategy that will keep our users engaged while promoting the brand and driving awareness. If you have a knack for designing posts to sustain reader’s curiosity, creating buzz around new products, brand and key trading events, you could be an excellent fit for this role.
You will develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to support the wider marketing plan which will ensure that we deliver relevant content at the right time. Expanding our social audience by suggesting new ways to attract prospective engagement (such as promotions and competitions) will strongly support our social media growth plans.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns in collaboration with our graphic designers will be key success metrics for this role.
Analytics & Data Reporting: Responsible for analysing and monitoring key performance metrics to understand marketing performance, customer behaviour and identifying opportunities for growth. Taking a data drive approach, you will be comfortable using data analysis tools such as GA4 to inform measurable business decisions and present relevant data to key stakeholders.
Reporting on general ‘customer sentiment’ for the brand through reviews and feedback on various platforms will ensure that our communications are commercial, concise and relevant.
You will be comfortable in tracking and reporting on various kpis (such as revenue, cost, roas, bounce rates etc..) to influence decisions within the business and to ensure we operate efficiently. Creating customized reports, and analyzing website data to spot trends and opportunities for improvement will be key success metrics for this role. Understanding the impact of GA4 metrics and how this affects navigability, crawlabilitiy and performance of our website is essential.
SEO: We're seeking a data-driven individual to join our team and propel our website to the top of SERPs. You'll craft compelling, SEO-optimized content including landing pages & blog articles that drives organic traffic and conversions. Working collaboratively with the marketing team, you'll develop and execute strategic SEO campaigns, analyze data to measure success, and ensure the website's technical structure is user-friendly and search engine friendly.
You will demonstrate excellent technical & communication skills, helping to develop and manage the overall SEO strategy that supports wider organisational goals such as traffic growth, customer acquisition & retention. Knowledge of HTML & SEO tools is a must.
RequiredSkills and Experience:
* Proven industry experience in email marketing with Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools.
* Comfortable with all aspects of email marketing including planning, creation and analysis is essential for this role. You will be responsible for helping to drive customer loyalty and retention through the delivery of insights and targeted customer communications.
* Proven experience in social media (primarily Meta)
* You will be required to have proven experience in social media and be comfortable with all aspects of planning, creating and reporting within the Meta platform.
* Hands on experience in SEO with a strong background in HTML and content management systems such as Wordpress.
* You will be required to oversee and assist all aspects of SEO including keyword research, technical SEO audits, data reporting & tracking. To be successful you should be able to demonstrate the impact of organic reach to key stakeholders in a quantifiable metric.
* Comfortable with analytical tools such as GA4 or similar is essential.
* Proven experience in data analysis and reporting (inc report customization) is required to ensure you operate with a ‘data-mindset’ in your decision-making processes.
* Knowledge of SEM & full marketing funnel.
* Understanding the full marketing funnel and how each stage & digital channel impacts a customers decision is a must. A comprehensive understanding of SEM is essential as SEO & SEM both work collaboratively in improving search visibility.
* Relevant qualification in marketing or relevant field would be advantageous.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Ability to demonstrate staying up to date with relevant industry trends would be advantageous.
* A "muck in and get it done" attitude, with a willingness to handle a variety of tasks directly.
