Salary
We offer a competitive salary that increases as you progress through your apprenticeship. As a Customer Assistant, you can earn up to £26,520 per year. With experience and promotions, your salary will continue to grow, reaching up to £37,333 as a Store Manager-in-Training.
Job Description
Our Retail Leadership Degree Apprenticeship is a four-year program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful store manager. During this time, you will complete off-the-job training delivered by Kingston University and develop a deep understanding of the retail industry and our operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have Maths and English at level 2 or above (GCSE grade 4, or previously grade C). You must also be legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time, permanent basis and have been living in the UK for at least three years prior to starting the apprenticeship. Additionally, you should be able to live within a one-hour commute of the store you plan to work in.
