Our Finance Graduate Development Programme offers a structured and supportive environment to help you develop into a well-rounded finance professional. Over the course of three-years, you'll work closely with some of our customers, such as ASOS, River Island, Iceland, Sainsbury's and hundreds more, rotating across various finance functions to gain a deep understanding of how finance supports operational success. With mentorship from senior leaders, exposure to high-impact projects and the opportunity to gain a professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA), you'll build the foundations of a successful long-term career. Finance Graduate pay, benefits and more: You'll be offered a starting salary of £33,000 per annum, rising to £38,000 in your second year and rising to £45,000 in your third year We encourage a good work-life balance, so you'll get 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), we look after your health by providing you with a 24/7 online GP service, life assurance and a fully comprehensive employee assistance programme We'll also look after your career development by providing you with access to GXO University, an online learning platform home to over 46,000 courses What you'll be involved in as a Finance Graduate: Financial analysis and reporting Accounting and bookkeeping - recording financial transactions and maintaining ledgers Budgeting and forecasting - conducting variance analysis to compare actual vs forecasted performance Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies Risk management and internal controls - identifying potential financial risks and providing solutions General finance support What you need to succeed as a Finance Graduate: A degree of a 2:1 or above in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline Ability to be flexible and work across any site around the UK (you may need to relocate across the three-year programme) So, what's next?
