About the Role
As a Care Assistant, your day-to-day activities will include:
* Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
* Supporting clients in maintaining their independence and dignity
* Collaborating with families to ensure comprehensive support and companionship
* Engaging in continuous training to enhance caregiving skills
About You
* Previous experience in a care role is advantageous but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* You hold a UK Driving License (and car for driving between service users properties).
* Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
