As the first point of contact for emails, Customer Experience (CE) cases, and telephone enquiries, your ability to handle a variety of queries with professionalism and care will be vital. Your strong administrative background, coupled with your excellent IT skills, will enable you to manage multiple tasks seamlessly. With a sharp customer focus and exceptional communication skills, you will help maintain the high standards of service that our team is known for. While the core of your role will be administrative, your experience in sectors like waste removal, pest control, or housing associations would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with raising purchase orders (POs) will also stand you in good stead, as this will be a key aspect of your daily responsibilities.
