We are excited to announce an opportunity for a combined role as a Plumbing, Heating & Gas Lecturer and Apprenticeship Trainer. Day-to-Day of the Role: Deliver high-quality, engaging theoretical and practical training sessions to apprentices in plumbing, heating, and gas. Support and assess students in their workplace, helping them meet or exceed their targets to achieve their qualifications. Provide regular feedback, guidance, and mentoring to apprentices, ensuring they develop the necessary skills to succeed in the industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, students, and stakeholders, both internally and externally. Work collaboratively to support apprentices' progress and contribute to the success of our students. Required Skills & Qualifications: Relevant professional qualifications in plumbing, heating, and gas. Proven experience in teaching or training within the specified fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining industry knowledge.
