Dynamite Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a well-established business in Portsmouth that offers a specialist service to its customers.
Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to join their long-standing team and support the department’s development. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, specialist team where no two enquiries are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with customers via email and telephone to respond to their enquiries.
* Provide progress updates and information in a polite and professional manner.
* Liaise with third parties, both internally and externally.
* Handle a full range of administration tasks including data processing, KPI reporting, and updating the internal data management system.
* Address customer queries and complaints in line with company procedures.
* Support the transportation of goods and assist with related logistics.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience in a customer service or customer-focused position.
* Strong administration skills (experience in admin is advantageous, but not essential).
* Experience within transport, logistics, shipping, or supply chain.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* A professional, polite, and proactive "can-do" attitude.
