My Client a provider of IT support services to a wide range of industry sectors, are looking for a Head Of Sales to join them on a permanent basis.
They are heavily involved in the Aviation space and this role will entail you working with Aviation clients.
They are open to two types of candidate- Either someone who has a pure Managed Service background but not so much in the aviation sector (End user computing/deployment of people/managing on site engineers and dispatch teams) Not SaaS/AI/Digital Transformation) OR someone who has a technical aviation background and who has sold in to aviation clients. (Again not SaaS/AI/Digital Transformation)
This role will entail you managing a team as well as being an individual contributor. You will be client facing, which means you will be travelling in the UK and internationally.

Market Expansion To be considered for this role you will need:
10+ years of experience in IT Managed Services sales, with at least 5 years focused on airports/airlines or aviation IT support - (The aviation part isn't essential if you have a strong background in the IT Managed Services arena)
Proven track record in delivering IT support for passenger processing equipment (e.g., kiosks, bag-drop systems, boarding gates).
Strong background in Service Desk provision, on site and dispatch engineering services.
Experience in conceptualising and delivering technology-based products or solutions that drive operational efficiencies and cost optimisation for customers.
