Role Overview (Applicants Must be Resident in UK)
As SEO Manager at LTF, your focus will be delivering high-quality SEO implementation across client websites. You’ll support the Head of SEO by carrying out technical audits, optimising content, improving on-page structure, and identifying opportunities to enhance organic visibility. This is a practical, delivery-first role, perfect for someone who enjoys solving SEO challenges, taking ownership of work, and staying up to date with the ever-changing search landscape.
You’ll work closely with content writers, developers, and account teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied throughout. The role requires strong attention to detail, confident use of SEO tools, and a proactive mindset when it comes to monitoring and improving performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out on-page optimisation tasks across client sites, including metadata, alt text, headers, and internal links
* Conduct regular technical audits and prioritise recommendations
* Implement fixes or prepare briefs for developers or content creators
* Monitor site performance and alert the wider team to issues or new opportunities
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
* Optimise new and existing content in line with SEO best practice
* Assist in maintaining client Google Business Profiles and local SEO presence
* Track keyword rankings, traffic trends, and other relevant KPIs
* Stay informed on algorithm changes and emerging SEO tools or techniques
* Contribute ideas for quick wins and longer-term improvements
Requirements
Skills and Competencies
* Technical SEO: Confident using tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, and SEMrush to identify and implement improvements.
* On-page SEO: Skilled in metadata optimisation, internal linking, keyword alignment, and content structuring.
* Keyword Research: Comfortable creating keyword lists and matching them to client goals and content plans.
* SEO Tools: Proficient in SEO monitoring and analysis tools including Google Analytics and SEMrush.
* Reporting: Able to interpret ranking and traffic data and support the Head of SEO in reporting insights.
* CMS Familiarity: Confident working in platforms such as WordPress and Shopify, with a good understanding of common SEO plugins and settings.
* Cross-team Collaboration: Experience working with developers and writers to implement fixes or enhancements.

Qualifications
* 2+ years of practical SEO experience (agency or in-house)
* Proven history of improving rankings, visibility, and traffic
* Competent with common SEO tools and platforms
* Familiar with implementing SEO in CMS platforms
* Bonus points for experience in ecommerce, aesthetics, dental or healthcare SEO
