The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Lead Instructor to join the team at Runways End Outdoor Centre.
Runway’s End is Hampshire County Council's first carbon neutral site and sits beside the Basingstoke Canal, boasting a wide range of adventure and environmental activities on land and water.
As a Lead Instructor, you will deliver operational excellence, facilitate learning experiences, motivate, lead, and support your team. You'll ensure that the exceptional teaching standards and highest levels of health and safety are maintained by working closely with the Senior Instructor.
You'll need to be an inspirational, enthusiastic individual who has proven experience delivering high-quality educational class-based sessions. Being a passionate outdoor practitioner, you'll believe in the value of outdoor and environmental education and have a passion for the natural world.
