One of London’s premier digital print companies is looking to fill a key role within the organisation as part of huge expansion plans. This opportunity to join one of the most progressive digital print firms in London is open to resilient and tenacious candidates from all print sectors.
The aim of this role is to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies. This will be achieved through analysing market trends and customer needs in order to identify new business opportunities. You will build and establish strong relationships with past, existing, and new customers, keeping regular contact.
‘Development’ is the central theme.
Not only will you be developing strong relationships outside the organisation, but you will also be developing a team of direct reports. We are looking for an inspiring role model through presence and actions, to set high and clearly defined standards. You will focus your team’s efforts on achieving SMART objectives aligned to the company’s strategic imperatives; acknowledging reports' efforts and rewarding results accordingly.
Building and expanding the presence of the company and its digital printing services needs someone who shows persistence, a knowledge of the printing world, and outstanding communication skills. The business development director will often be the first point of contact someone has with the company, so it is vitally important to make first impressions count. We are looking for someone who really stands out and who is dynamic in their approach to everything – in the development of business presentations and proposals for clients and internal communications; in the development of training and performance improvement plans; and dynamic in the way in which clients are informed about new products to convert additional business.
