We are currently recruiting for a Senior Talent Assistant, to join a well-established, highly respected company in their field based in Ipswich. You will be responsible for running the end-to-end recruitment processes around the company, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key Duties: Monitor the Recruitment inbox and respond to all enquiries in a timely manner. Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring/offering. Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and interview techniques. Act as first point of contact for the Talent function. Produce employment paperwork for new starters. Conduct Background Screening checks on all new starters. Conduct psychometric tests on candidates and staff where required. Hold HR Induction meetings with new starters. Previous Skills & Experience: A minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade 4 or above (including Maths and English). At least 2 years experience of working in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Consultancy. Previous experience of working within a professional services environment. Experience managing a full recruitment lifecycle. Previous experience of conducting background screening. Good administration skills. CIPD or relevant recruitment qualifications are desirable.
