The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Academy Operations & Administration to join Burnley Football Club.
About You
Join our Clarets family as our Head of Academy Operations & Administration! The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a professional football club, league, or professional body, along with exceptional administration skills. You will also need a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.
Role Expectations
As the Head of Academy Operations & Administration, you will be expected to:
1. Work with the Academy Manager to oversee the PGAAC audit process, including the ongoing review and development of the Academy Performance Plan and audit tool.
2. Manage the registrations for U9-U18 players with the appropriate youth development and scholar forms, ensuring adherence to FA, FIFA, EFL & PL rules and regulations.
3. Oversee and lead the administrative requirements for Academy tours and tournaments.
