Position: Assistant Store Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Store Manager in the execution of duties to achieve the company's goals.
2. Help the Store Manager meet budget and exceed sales objectives.
3. Assist in controlling the hours budget without exceeding the determined plan.
4. Support the Manager with the recruitment, hiring, and training of candidates who meet the company's high standards.
5. Ensure associates are trained to provide outstanding customer service.
Skills:
1. Proven track record of excellent customer service.
2. Experience in a similar position.
3. 2-5 years experience in a retail environment.
