About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanically Biased Technical Services Manager to join a prestigious client site in Wembley. As the Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the technical services within this large venue, both during day-to-day operations and major events. We’re looking for a dynamic individual who thrives on mentoring and developing teams, ensuring high-quality performance and pride in their work. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and implement strategies to identify and execute additional work opportunities and technical solutions.
* Provide technical leadership and support to ensure that Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems are maintained to the highest standards, addressing defects swiftly and efficiently.
* Coordinate resources effectively to achieve innovative and sustainable technical solutions.
* Guide the team in achieving sustainability goals, enhancing energy efficiency, and exploring new technologies to improve operational performance.

* A solid understanding of Maintenance & Engineering, with a qualification in Mechanical or HVAC disciplines.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Proven experience in supporting major contracts or providing technical guidance in large-scale environments.
