In this Customer / Call Centre Advisor role, you will be:
1. Making outbound telephone courtesy calls reminding customers of their appointments, cancelling and rescheduling other appointments, as well as receiving inbound telephone and email queries.
2. Ensuring all customer contact is recorded accurately and correctly using bespoke CRM systems.
3. Handling customer dissatisfaction with appropriate levels of empathy and professionalism, escalating when appropriate.
4. Administration duties including emails, data inputting, and typing.
5. Other additional duties to support priorities of the centre.

1. Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
2. Strong IT and admin skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
3. Ability to remain calm when under pressure and working in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent phone skills and complaint handling ability.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
What's on Offer?
1. Temporary position until the end of March 2025.
2. Full time hours 8:30 am - 17:00 pm.
3. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday - but flexibility would be appreciated to cover shift patterns and Saturdays which are on a 4-week rotation.
4. Based in modern offices in the centre of Llandudno which is accessible using public transport.
5. Starting on an hourly rate of £11.44.
