As a Learning & Development Assistant Coordinator, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the Learning & Development team
This role is for 3 months on a Fixed Term Contract of 37.5 hours a week.
Hybrid role – predominantly working from home however be available to travel when required to our Head Office in Thame.
About you
The right candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, and ability to establish effective working relationships with all staff members as well as external providers. You'll be a strong problem-solver, and approach tasks with perseverance. You should have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, and be able to multi-task effectively.
Minimum requirements: Experience in an administrative role or similar/transferable. Strong computer skills.
Experience /Knowledge of iTrent and Docebo Learning Management System would be beneficial
