What You’ll Be Doing: Venue Sourcing: Research and secure inspiring venues for our events. Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and negotiate contracts. Event Logistics: Organise schedules, budgets, and critical event documents. Project Management: Lead smaller events while supporting larger productions. On-Site Support: Be hands-on during live events, from setup to de-rig. Sales: Work on sales pitches and proposals to learn the key information needed to succeed in the events industry. Social Media: Create engaging content to showcase our events and journey. What We’re Looking For: A “can-do” attitude and eagerness to take on challenges. Proven work ethic with experience in events, admin, or customer service. Creativity, collaboration, and a great sense of humour. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of social media platforms and how to use them effectively. Full UK driving license and access to a car.
