Company Overview:
Barker Munro recruitment is working with an expanding Insurance Claims specialist organisation looking to recruit a Claims Auditor.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Claims Auditor, you will contribute to the development and execution of the company’s Claims Journey Audit programme and processes. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Auditing randomly selected claims thoroughly and appropriately.
2. Providing feedback directly to the agent, Head of Claims, Business Improvement Team, and Senior Management Team.
3. Reviewing claims, associated call recordings, and portal messages to assess and score claims handling and customer journey.
4. Proposing design improvements and delivering them in conjunction with the Claims Team, Directors, Business Improvement Team, IT, and MI Management Team.
5. Developing reporting formats for sharing with external parties and creating MI reports on Audit findings to highlight training needs.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who have extensive claims experience (preferably in Motor) and experience with the MOJ portal. Candidates should possess excellent spoken and written communication skills and have a good attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
Hybrid working is considered, but you will be required to work in the office each week, so you need to be able to get to Tonbridge.
