The opportunity Our dynamic company is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team to deliver marketing campaigns to schools across the globe promoting our growing product portfolio. As a Marketing Executive, you’ll work with the Marketing Manager to develop and deliver marketing campaigns throughout the customer journey. Your workload will be varied: from writing email campaigns to promoting FFT’s presence at events - it's a fast-paced role which often requires you to work independently. You'll make decisions based on insight but have the creative ability to translate data into compelling collateral. The role The role will be varied and challenging, working with colleagues within the marketing team and across the business. Key responsibilities will include: • Help devise and deliver innovative marketing campaigns • Organise and promote FFT’s presence at events in the UK and worldwide • Communicate effectively with target audiences • Create digital content, including emails, web, case studies, videos and blog posts • Write clear, factual material and persuasive marketing copy, and proofread copy for both online and print campaign • Maintain and develop FFT’s social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement and conversion • Analyse, monitor and track marketing campaign data • Work with our CRM (Salesforce) data to target customers, set-up automated routines and improve the effectiveness of campaigns • Establish good relationships with colleagues and potential customers Skills, knowledge & experience Essential: Essential skills • Proven marketing skills • Good data literacy and data analysis skills • Excellent writing skills, factual and persuasive • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Excellent organisational skills with a strong work ethic • Excellent IT skills in relation to Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook • Excellent at communications and building relationships Essential experience • Digital marketing experience (minimum 1 year) • Experience of creating compelling content • Experience of delivering successful marketing campaigns • Experience of organising successful marketing events Personal attributes • Reliable. Salary The salary range for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending upon experience.
