We are seeking an enthusiastic degree qualified engineer (or equivalent) to join a growing systems engineering team. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications What you’ll bring The role requires the following experience and skills: Equivalent of Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience; or post graduate Degree and up to 2 years of prior related experience working on complex engineering projects. Excellent understanding of systems concepts, context, boundaries, interfaces, system hierarchy and the principles of system partitioning in order to help manage complexity; Understands the characteristics of good quality requirements, elicitation methods and tools; Reasonable experience of DOORS Experience of utilising MBSE and use of System Architect or Rhapsody would be beneficial.
