It is important to have a business approach to improve commercial opportunities and quote management, as well as proactive selling which is vital for customer growth. Your responsibilities will include: Act as the customer’s point of contact for all quote related topics (RFQs, pricing, lead-time, hit rate, pricing, etc.) Maintain opportunity and quote related information in CRM Follow-up on quote and opportunities level 0-1 (Level 2 on exception) Ensure that the customer relationship is actively maintained and developed in order to build a multilevel network Provide pricing quotations, aligning with minimum order and line values, as well as profitability expectations Communicate and coordinate customer inquiry requirements throughout the supply chain (SCM, Manufacturing, ServicePLUS and others), in collaboration with Account Manager / Sales Development Engineer Monitor sales KPIs and define measures for their fulfilment Work in collaboration with the team to guarantee customer satisfaction For a deeper dive into the primary duties and responsibilities of this role, don’t hesitate to get in touch. Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in Manufacturing or Supply Chain. ERP experience is essential: SAP experience is preferred. Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
