Description
Join our team as a Mobilisation Nurse Manager, working across Surrey to collaborate with commissioners, clients, and their families to establish new robust care packages.
Benefit from generous travel expenses, a competitive salary, and bonuses linked to successfully setting up strong care packages.
The Role:
We’re seeking a Mobilisation Nurse Manager who is a nurse-led care advocate, confident in setting up care packages for adults, young people, and children.
As a Mobilisation Nurse Manager, you should be passionate about helping people with complex care needs achieve their goals.
You’ll find satisfaction in overseeing all aspects of care until the packages are fully operational.
Your nursing expertise should be up-to-date, particularly in clinically supporting individuals with complex health needs like tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG, epilepsy, spinal injury, and brain injury.
Ultimately, your role aims to guarantee that new clients receive exceptional services from a well-trained, enthusiastic, and compassionate team, who can confidently maintain high standards of care independently of you.
