Salary: Basic salary of £29,000 plus Veolia benefits

Programme Duration: 2-year programme

Graduate Programme:
During this programme, you'll gain valuable insight into our services and strategic projects and we'll help you to further develop your skills and knowledge so that you can succeed in your career. You'll also join our graduate network and receive our continued support throughout.

What you'll be doing:
1. Learn to plan and coordinate projects and technical designs on new build materials recycling projects, within time and budget requirements.
2. Plan, manage and monitor the Works design process during the execution phase to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, to agreed specifications and performance standards.
3. Support the Project Manager in identifying the procurement strategy and all likely technical risks and opportunities which may arise.
4. Ensure that Health, Safety, environmental issues and planning consents are considered.
5. Learn to deal with any unexpected engineering or technical problems that may occur during the project.
6. Support the Project Manager to prepare accurate and timely reporting.
What we're looking for:
1. Degree level qualification in Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (to be achieved by September 2025)
2. Excellent communication skills with stakeholders of all levels of seniority
3. A results driven focus to deliver against targets and deadlines
4. A desire to spend a considerable amount of time working within a non office based operational environment
5. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
