Your purpose & impact:
As a Senior Graphic Designer at Estrid, you will report to the Head of Creative and be a key voice in the team, working across many touchpoints from campaigns to product packaging and digital assets. You will help to shape our brand’s creative output and support in defining our brand evolution and expression, particularly in the print and packaging space. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative instinct with natural curiosity - you’re a great communicator who’s not afraid to get stuck in on all levels of work.
Some of the things you’ll do:
* Develop and push forward our brand identity and expression, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and brand positioning.
* Work closely with Product Development & Marketing teams to develop product design, packaging, and PR seeding kits as we expand our product portfolio.
* Develop our visual merchandising guidelines to ensure brand consistency across multiple markets.
* Work closely with the Head of Creative to design and execute multi-channel campaign roll-out across print, OOH, and digital.
* Guide the design of digital assets across CRM, web, paid, and organic social.
* Respond to Creative briefs in a conceptual, idea-driven way whilst simultaneously balancing the commercial needs of the brand, and carrying briefs through to final implementation.
* Stay updated on current trends in the world of design, art, fashion, creativity, and culture, bringing that information and enthusiasm into the studio every day.
Skills and experiences important for this role:
* 6+ years hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle space.
* Team player with excellent communication, comfortable with presenting concepts and working cross-functionally with other teams.
* Proven experience in leading multiple creative projects simultaneously whilst providing guidance to all junior members on a project.
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
* Efficient, detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under tight deadlines.
* Strong creative instincts with concept-driven ideas, and a willingness to push further through experimentation.
