**5 days a week on site in Harlow**
Our client is currently going through some transformation in their IT team. They have historically outsourced everything to an IT partner and had one person internally. They are now looking to bring more IT internally, they now want someone to come in and look after the day to day running of IT.
You will be reporting directly into the IT Director and responsible for supporting the business at a 1st and 2nd line level. You will be picking up and resolving tickets that are raised internally. You will also be dealing with users walking up to your desk and asking you to help with their issues. You will also be responsible for issuing new kit, giving users training around their IT kit, helping with printers and label printing machines and assisting/making recommendations around WiFi.
Skills
* 1st and 2nd line support
* Microsoft stack experience with M365, Teams, Active Directory & Office 365
* Ability to look after systems
* Experience supporting printers.
* Understanding of networking
