As a Team Leader you will work within the day-shift team, oversee this internal delivery and implement processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities To contribute to a culture of engagement, involvement and continuous improvement within the cleaning tea Ensure tasks are performed in accordance with Company and Airline specific procedures and policies. Supporting the on-time delivery of all nightly aircraft services within the designated time and to the required standard and satisfaction of the customer. Maintain an impartial and professional attitude towards every member of staff Ca rry out work in accordance with company information, procedures and training provided. Conduct nightly briefings to ensure tasks are completed to schedule at the highest standard Restocking of cleaning vehicles, supplies and equipment Clean interior areas of aircraft including removal of blankets, rubbish, vacuuming carpets, sanitising galleys, wipe down equipment and surfaces Clean exterior of the aircraft as required Operating bowser/ground handling equipment around the airport may be required Key Requirements: Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to suit client needs Ability to work night shifts, but flexibility to work various shifts may be required A full manual driving licence recognised by the UK Good attention to detail Previous aircraft cleaning experience is essential Previous experience leading a team would be highly beneficial Valid Passport/ID and right to work in the UK Proof of Address and National Insurance Number 5 years' check-able work history Clean Disclosure/ Criminal Record Check Must be willing to undergo relevant training as required UAA1
