Position Summary: We’re looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and commercially sharp Head of Foodservice to lead Blanco Niño’s B2B foodservice growth outside of Ireland. This is a pivotal, autonomous role — you’ll manage and grow our network of restaurant groups, wholesale accounts, and strategic distributors across Europe and the Middle East. You’ll work closely with the CEO and collaborate with the wider Sales and Marketing teams to unlock the full potential of our foodservice channel. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Build & execute ambitious sales plans with distribution partners to drive volume, revenue, and margin Develop and grow relationships with key restaurant and pub groups across Europe Identify and convert new customer opportunities within target markets and sectors Lead Blanco Niño’s presence within major wholesalers and navigate their customer networks Own your sales forecast, targets, and trade spend, with a clear plan to exceed them Account & Partner Management Act as the primary point of contact for international foodservice partners Nurture and grow key accounts, seeking out ways to deepen value and expand product usage Work closely with partners to identify joint business opportunities and deliver on shared goals Ensure partners are supported with the right tools, training, and communication Cross Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Marketing to co-create campaigns with key foodservice customers Align with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure seamless delivery and forecasting accuracy Partner with Finance on trade spend planning and margin optimization Feed insights from the market back into Product Development to support innovation Commercial Excellence Forecast accurately and plan ahead to maintain continuity of supply Identify and implement logistical efficiencies (e.g., increasing MOQs, reducing drops) Track performance closely and use data to inform decision-making and prioritization About You: 5 years experience in international foodservice sales or commercial FMCG roles Proven success scaling a B2B brand or channel, ideally in food or drink Strong network across foodservice buyers, wholesalers, and distributors Strategic and hands-on — you can think big but execute fast Commercially savvy, relationship-driven, and hungry for growth Comfortable with international travel and remote partner management What’s in it for you Competitive salary Bonus structure based on performance Pension contribution All the tortilla chips you can eat (within reason… maybe) The chance to make a meaningful impact on a fast-growing, purpose-led company A genuinely brilliant team, supportive culture, and a company that’s still small enough for you to shape its future
