As a Senior Care Assistant, we ask for you to care for our residents like they are your own family, addressing their physical, psychological, and social needs. You will assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and meals. Additionally, you will be responsible for the medication round and leading the shift. We welcome applications from candidates with previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Care Giver, Homecare Worker, or Community Support Worker, as well as those who have a passion for care and a valid qualification.

About You:

* Level 3 in Health & Social Care or care certificate (desirable but not essential as all training is provided).
* Previous experience in a Care Home environment (desirable but not essential).
* Experience in leading a team.
* A committed and organised approach.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexibility to work shifts.
