We require a warm and friendly person to join our Admin team within Diabetes and Endocrinology
You will require strong communication skills as you will be working as part of a larger multi-disciplinary team. You will be required to demonstrate sensitivity and discretion.
• Managing MDT admin including referrals, creating appointment as necessary as well attending MDT meetings
• Minute Taking for MDT meetings
• Bookings of Hospital / Community foot clinic appointments
• Covering Foot Clinic reception at FNCH as and when required
• Monitor emails and phone lines for DSN office
• Upload referrals onto CITO as required
• Confirm appointments with patient's via telephone and re-arrange as necessary to avoid DNA's
• Admin for NDFA portal (uploads)
• Use of hospital clinical systems
• Typing of Clinical correspondence for nursing team, may include consultants as needed.
• Administration work for consultant teams as needed.
• Ordering and monitoring stationary levels for office.
