Chief Executive Officer - Pharma QA Are you a proven P&L leader from the pharmaceutical quality assurance areas of the industry? Summary: We are seeking a transformational leader to redesign and optimize the operational structure of our laboratories and logistics functions, ensuring the highest level of efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. A key aspect of this role is implementing a new organizational structure and building a high-performing sales team to support rapid business growth and market expansion. As the Chief Executive Officer, you will: Organizational Restructuring and Process Optimization: Design and implement a new operational and commercial structure that enhances efficiency, accountability, and agility across all business units. Sales Team Development & Growth Strategy: Establish and lead a strong, results-driven sales team, equipping them with the tools, processes, and training needed to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. Operational Efficiency & IT Utilization: Leverage IT solutions, including LIMS, to streamline processes, enhance workflow automation, and improve service delivery. Revenue & Profitability Growth: Take a hands-on approach to increasing sales and profitability, ensuring commercial and operational strategies are fully aligned to maximize financial performance. Technical & Scientific Leadership: Strengthen the company's technical and scientific capabilities by fostering innovation, modernizing methodologies, and implementing industry best practices. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all operations adhere to legal, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, while maintaining and expanding company accreditations. Leadership & Talent Development: Build and restructure teams, develop leaders, and implement performance-driven management practices to drive high employee engagement and productivity. Qualifications / Experience 10 years of senior leadership experience in a relevant industry (laboratory services, logistics, or scientific operations), with at least 5 years of full P&L responsibility and a proven track record of financial success. Proven experience in organizational transformation, restructuring, and change management within complex, multi-site operations. Demonstrated ability to design and build a high-performing sales team and implement commercial strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth. Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to execute change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements for laboratory and logistics operations.
