We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Tax team as Partners Secretary in our London Business Tax team for an initial 12 Month FTC.
As a Partners Secretary, you will manage business-related tasks such as arranging meetings, organising travel and accommodation, creating reports and presentations, taking minutes, and other organisational tasks.
The Partner Secretary will be a problem solver who can manage multiple tasks and be proactive in their approach. You will be adept at working under pressure in a fast-paced environment and will thrive in a collaborative working environment.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include among others:
* Providing full administration support to Tax Partners and Directors including diary management, arranging meetings, travel bookings, monitoring email, conference registration, and other support as required.
* Management of arrangements of confidential matters for the Partner including management meetings and appraisals.
* Through a variety of communication methods, provide clients with a friendly and professional approach.
* Organisation of client and internal meetings.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:
* Have a proactive approach to solving problems efficiently, with excellent communication skills.
* Possess excellent prioritisation skills and be able to work at pace in a pressured environment.
* Have experience of working and supporting at a senior level.
* Have detailed knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Demonstrate fast and accurate typing skills.
