I’m working with a forward-thinking client who is looking to hire a talented Marketing Executive with a strong grasp of paid strategy to join their growing team. About the Role -
This is a hands-on position where you'll take ownership of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. From strategy and execution to reporting and optimisation, you'll play a key role in driving acquisition and performance.
You'll be part of a collaborative and ambitious team, working closely with creatives and content specialists to align paid activity with wider marketing objectives.
Responsibilities -
* Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
* Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
* A/B test ad creatives, messaging and landing pages to improve conversion rates
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape and refine campaign strategies
* Deliver clear, insightful reporting with recommendations for improvement
About You -
* 1–2 years’ experience in a paid media or digital marketing role
* Confident managing PPC and paid social campaigns
* Comfortable using tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and Google Analytics
* Analytical and commercially minded
* A self-starter with excellent communication skills
