Looking for someone that can educate the business on Quality as a principle and manage the QMS moving forward, supporting improvements Our client based in Hook is looking to recruit a Quality Technician to join their expanding facility. Our client has been at the forefront of designing computer-controlled systems to evaluate mechanical properties and is highly regarded within the geotechnical engineering design sector. Our client exports to over 70 countries worldwide and take pride in their company mission and vision statements which underpins their core staff values. The Quality Technician will own the development and management of the Quality Management System (QMS). You will work cross functionally with teams across the business ensuring best practice policies and procedures are adhered too, manage the internal audit process and provide support on the development of continuous improvement plans with managers and their teams. Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience Graduate Level Experience in the development and management of QMS in an ISO9001 certified company within the manufacturing industry. Good knowledge and understanding of process theory with a proven track record of converting into practice. Experience as a change agent who can challenge and drive best practice process improvements. Behavioural Qualities Demonstrate time management skills and the ability to prioritise. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Be able to adapt behaviour due to changing circumstances.
