An Ofsted Good-rated mainstream secondary school is seeking an experienced Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to support their Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and special educational needs, with a focus on helping students succeed in their academic studies and exam preparation. Key Responsibilities: • Provide academic support to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, both in class and in small group settings. • Support students with special educational needs. • Work closely with the class teacher to help manage classroom activities and ensure an engaging learning environment. • Support students with diverse learning needs, adapting support where necessary to promote individual progress. • Help maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging students' academic and personal development.
