Main duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
* Scheduling and facilitating offshore crew changes.
* Liaising with Project Managers to allocate the right personnel.
* Arranging flights, accommodation, visas, and logistics.
* Tracking personnel movements and keeping everyone informed.
* Handling payroll queries and assisting with project invoicing.
* Ensuring compliance with client-specific certifications and safety training.
* Playing a key role in emergency on-call response rotas.
