Freedom Care are a growing business that have been working with young people and families to improve outcomes for 20 years. We are currently recruiting Supervised Contact Workers to work with vulnerable families and children. Your role will be to Supervise, record and assess child contact with parents or carers. We have several roles available and in different areas. Full travel, time and mileage is paid from the moment you leave home. The days are mainly weekends, and large blocks of weeks are booked to give staff regular work. An example of this might be every Saturday or every other Saturday. Experience Applicants must have experience as a Supervised Contact Worker/Family worker or a similar role. Qualified to a minimum of L3 in Childcare or Health and Social Care or equivalent experience. You must be a car driver and have access to a car. Job Description To provide child focused supervision of children's contact with family and carers, working within the terms of court orders and referring agencies, conditions of contact and as far as possible, in partnership with parents/carers. To provide concise, relevant and accurate recording of contact sessions in line with agency guidelines. To participate in training as appropriate.
