Join our Manufacturing team in Dinnington as a Continuous Improvement Design Engineer!
You'll play a key role in designing and building top-quality Parts Cleaning Machines, whilst driving continuous improvements in our manufacturing processes. If you're mechanically experienced, passionate about enhancing efficiency, and committed to quality, this is the role for you!

Job Responsibilities for our Continuous Improvement Design Engineer:
* Identifying and analysing inefficiencies in manufacturing, production, or service processes and finding ways to improve them.
* Working with product and process design teams to integrate continuous improvement practices into product designs or manufacturing processes.
* Using statistical tools to gather and analyse data to support decision-making processes. This could involve tracking performance metrics or identifying failure points in current processes.
* Applying structured methodologies to address specific challenges and improve performance.
* Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and ensure solutions are sustainable.
* Documenting improvement efforts, outcomes, and new procedures, and reporting findings to management or stakeholders.
Skills/experience required:
* Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
* Worked in a manufacturing or repair environment.
* Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
