5. Collaboration: Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to develop and implement individual behaviour support plans tailored to each student’s needs.
6. Restorative Practice: Encourage students to reflect on their behaviour, understand its impact, and take steps towards positive change.
7. Progress Monitoring: Track students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents to support ongoing development.
Requirements:
1. Must be Team Teach trained (or willing to complete training before starting).
2. Proven experience supporting students with challenging behaviour, SEMH, or SEN in a school or alternative provision setting.
3. Strong patience, resilience, and empathy when working with students who display disruptive behaviours.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
7. Competitive daily rate of £95-£120.
8. Full-time position with an immediate start.
9. Opportunities for professional development and additional training in behaviour management and SEN support.
10. A supportive and collaborative work environment.
