Salary: Grade I - SCP 22 - SCP 25 per annum pro rata £29,439-£32,020 FTE per annum (pay award pending) Actual salary £23,015-£25,033 per annum
Location: Kingsway Community Primary School-Baker Avenue, Warwickshire, CV31 3HB
Working pattern: 37 hours per week whole year or 32.5 hours per week - Term time plus 1 week (40 weeks) Monday – Friday

Kingsway Community Primary school is looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our small but caring Ofsted rated Good team. The School Business Manager will support on a fixed term contract basis covering a period of maternity leave for approximately 6 months. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual with strong administration, communication and excellent organisational skills.
As School Business Manager you will be supporting the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and wider school team by delivering and managing the non-teaching aspects of school by:
1. Manage the daily running of financial (budget management), facilities and administration aspects of the school supporting the Headteacher and leadership team.
2. Smooth running of payroll, reconciliation and delivery of school census working to appropriate deadlines.
3. Be competent with systems such as SIMS and iTrent (although training will be provided).
4. Liaise effectively with Trust and appropriate external organisations in areas such as Payroll, Administration, HR and Health & Safety.
