About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team at both The Last Judgment & The Rugby Tavern with a 10 minute walk between each venue. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and welcoming. This position requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Main Duties
* Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Ensure all surfaces are dusted, wiped down, and sanitised regularly.
* Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
* Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Experience
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
* A proactive attitude towards work and the ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential.
