Salary: Up to £24,816 (pro-rata for part time roles). PLUS £2,000 Recruitment Attraction Payment payable (pro-rated if part-time). PLUS We are able to offer a top up salary allowance of £962 (pro-rata for part time roles) for 2024/25 (allowance to be reviewed annually)
Working Pattern: 30 Hours per week and part year (40 weeks per year)

We’re dedicated to supporting students with SEN and ensuring that students reach their full potential and are looking to welcome new members to our expanding team.
Over the past few years, we have developed the Foundation curriculum to create an outcome focused, student centred way of working. All students are supported to be ready for adulthood, working on their health, employability, independence, and being part of the community.
We are looking for additional people to join our Team supporting students with moderate to complex learning difficulties to be successful within our Further Education offering.
The role involves supporting students, either in a group setting or on a 1-1 basis, both in class, in the college social settings and offsite. You will be assisting students with a wide variety of learning needs and in a variety of settings to realise their goals and full potential. You may need to support with medicine management and personal care for some students.
Minimum Requirements:
For all the roles, it is essential that you have a good standard of education including English and Maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent, and a willingness to undertake further training is essential. Experience of working with young people, ideally in an educational or care setting is advantageous. We will support you to undertake the role with CPD and support to attain a professional related qualification.
