Overseeing day-to-day operations including managing stock, ordering, and budgeting. Ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. Delivering an outstanding food and drinks offering. Building a loyal local customer base and attracting new guests. Creating and maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment. Implementing health & safety standards and company policies. What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a managerial role, ideally in a hospitality setting. A natural leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team. A passion for excellent food, drink, and customer service. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&Ls. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
