Full-Time Classroom Assistant
Location: Primary Schools in Swansea and surrounding areas
Essential Experience: Supporting individuals with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)

Our partner primary schools in Swansea and surrounding areas are seeking full-time Classroom Assistants to join their teams, working Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 15:30pm.
In this role, you will support students across EYFS to KS2, assisting with general classroom tasks and providing targeted support to children with additional learning needs to help them thrive academically.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum Requirements:
Five GCSEs graded A-C or equivalent qualifications.
Relevant experience in a school setting, caring role, or extensive personal experience with children.
Enhanced DBS for Child Workforce (registered on the update service) - we can assist with obtaining this if needed.
Registration with the EWC - we can support you with this process.
A commitment to making a positive impact on children's education and wellbeing.
A collaborative and dedicated approach to working with others.
Access to transport to reach school locations.
Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential.

- Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
