Looking for a customer service advisor to join our small friendly office team, managing the diaries of our mobile technicians by taking bookings. Duties for our Customer Service Advisors include but are not limited to: Answer incoming calls from external parties and responding accordingly Responding to website enquiries via the phone and email Diary management for Technicians Taking card payments Outbound calls to contracts Outbound calls to generate new business Sending appointment reminders and feedback requests Ensuring up to date paperwork is available for Technicians Typing and sending contracts and documents General admin duties To be considered for this role you must: Have excellent knowledge and skills of computers including outlook, word, and excel Be able to demonstrate your ability to multi-task Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence in dealing with customers in person, on the phones, and in writing Self-motivated and self-sufficient, as we do not believe in micro-management Outstanding customer service skills Positive attitude Good sense of humour and able to deal with high-pressure, fast pace environment. Some form of sales experience is preferred but not essential Our ideal candidate will have experience in appointment booking/diary management.
