You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement effective social work interventions aimed at improving the well-being of our patients to support them retuning to the community. We are looking for an experienced occupational therapist who has a genuine interest in working to support the recovery of people at the most vulnerable and complex stage of their mental health recovery including dementia assessment & care. Main duties of the job As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, the post holder will be expected to lead on Service Development, Quality Initiatives, Audit and CPD. There will be the opportunity to educate and support staff and students via supervision, appraisals, In-house team training and regular placements to OT students.
