Sabden and Whalley Medical Practice in Whalley are recruiting for an Apprentice Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.
Job description:
• General admin duties including,
• Assisting with health campaigns and promotion
• Scanning and processing correspondence
• Inputting data
• Clinical coding
• Patient record management
• Inbound and outbound call handling
Requirements:
• Must be able to work from either site at Whalley or Sabden
• Punctual with a smart appearance
• Keen to learn and show initiative
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good level of Maths and English
• Confident and competent using IT systems
