I am currently working with a precision engineering client in Aylesbury who are looking for an Accounts Admin to join the accounts team.
Main responsibilities:
1. Answering telephone calls
2. Processing staff expenses and credit cards
3. Processing daily/ monthly reporting
4. Liaising with customers, production team and suppliers
5. Purchasing ledger including matching, coding, posting purchase invoices, credits and reconciling statements
6. Resolving any internal and external queries
7. Producing invoices, credits and allocating payments
To be considered for this position you will have an an Accounts/ Admins position previously and handled some kind of purchasing.
