What we are looking for We are looking for a Resident Liaison and Project Co-ordinator to join our team in Property Assets and Compliance. About the role Reporting to the Business Services Manager you will deliver a highly effective, customer-centric and innovative business support function. You will: provide effective support for the everyday running of programmes and projects, in-accordance with the project management framework oversee programmes and project timetables, including communicating with team members to maintain key milestones be responsible for ensuring complaints are responded to, and areas of customer dissatisfaction addressed set up, undertake, and manage the customer/resident liaison across multiple programmes/projects attend customer/resident Liaison meetings either face to face or digitally to ensure a high performing customer centric service is delivered raise and process work orders / purchase orders, process invoices, including variation requests. About you You will ideally: possess an NVQ 3/ONC Level or will have gained equivalent level of knowledge through experience have experience in assisting in project managing work projects and investment programmes have experience in the customer/resident liaison process in relation to setting up, undertaking and managing always be pro-active, with a flexible, pragmatic approach to supporting and guiding staff and colleagues.
